Make this process painless as possible including payment options! There are a host of online payment solutions for eCommerce. Paypal is widely used around the world. Some alternatives to Paypal is Amazon Pay, 2Checkout, Square, Google Pay, Stripe, and Apple Pay. Choose the ones that are convenient for your customers. Don’t forget to keep in mind their security!

4. Work on your SEO

Search-engine optimizations or SEO showcase your online store to the public by helping rank higher using keywords and phrases. Without SEO on your website, it’s like having a brick-and-mortar shop that you took the time to build but failed to put up your business sign outside your shop for customers to know what exactly you are selling. Well, not many of us are good at the guessing game. Direct prospective customers to your website by using meta tags and keywords about your business to drive traffic to your website.

5. Use social media

Social media can be a powerful tool for your online business if you use it correctly to bring in new customers and keep the old. It can also give your customers confidence about the legitimacy of your business. Create a group for your products for your customers to talk about and share their experiences. Don’t worry about negative reviews, they help you to better serve your customers while positive reviews not only boosting your sales but also establishing consumer confidence in your business. Having a group on Facebook would also help you to introduce new products to your customers.

6. Giveaways

The more you give, the more you receive! Free shipping and coupons are very appealing to customers. Have them spend a certain amount, and throw in free shipping. This will encourage them to spend more so they can have free shipping. Also, give away real gifts to your customers.
